Before you get in, stand there and visualize yourself getting in and visualize the level of control you have in there.
From the moment you get in there, you're not holding any tension, not even in your little finger.
Your breathing is calm and in control and you have full control of your mind.
Visualize that before you get in there.
Tell yourself what you're going to do.
When I get in there, I'm going to control my breathing.
I'm not going to hold any tension.
When my mind latches to the pain or to the end, I'm going to grab it and bring it back.
So when you tell yourself what you're going to do, you are directing your attention and then you follow through.
You get in there.
From the very outset, you control your breathing.
Holding tension is a choice.
You don't need to hold tension in any muscle.
And when your mind latches to the end, because it will, because what you're experiencing, what's getting you out of there is not physical stress.
It's psychological stress.
And so when your mind latches to the end, grab it, bring it back, just focus on your breathing, internal focus, and you'll smash it, bro.
