I know I'm probably going to get a little pushback on this, but
With any distance between you and the muzzle and the bad guy, if you're running something like two and three quarter, you know, number eight, number seven.
Right.

I mean, you know, 30 feet, 50 feet, maybe.
Right.
But, I mean, it's not lethal.
So you've got to step up.
It's demoralizing to hit him in the groin.

You hit them in the pelvic bowl with number eight shot, and they're wearing them super hot, tight leather britches.
It might not even go through enough.
So you step up to my favorite shotgun load, two and three quarter, number four buck.
But I mean, depending on what your containment is made out of, number four buck has got some penetration behind it.
And that's where my thought was like, yeah, buckshot.
I've never really paid attention to the velocity of what buckshot is.
