Halford & Brough in the Morning
The Great "Roxanne" Debate

Roxanne.

Doing well.

How are you guys doing?

I'm totally shocked.

And also, I'm so glad that you actually brought up what the betting odds were, because I was watching last night at a bar with some guys, and

the game ends.

And I said, what would the odds have been?

We were having this whole debate.

And I actually, it's funny you said, I actually thought it's probably like plus 2,500.

And the guy looked at me and said, no, it must have been way more than that.

So we figured it was like plus 4,000 or something.

So same idea, bet 100, win 4,000.

Yeah, I mean, no one, and I mean, no one could have seen this series playing out the way it did.

Yeah, a lot of people said, well, potentially Vegas could wear them down or something could happen and they win in six or seven.

But the idea that they sweep a Colorado team that breezed through the first two rounds and, you know, it just no one could have seen this coming.

And that's what makes sports so fantastic.

It was a shocking turn of events.

And maybe there was that bad omen right off the hop when Cale McCarr missed the first two games.

It was suddenly an uh-oh moment because Cale McCarr is an irreplaceable star player.

But from that point forward, literally everything that could go wrong went wrong for Colorado and everything that could go right went right for Vegas.
