Because like if you don't if you don't show up on time, it's like radio is exactly like that.
If you don't like you don't even have to be talented.
If you don't show up, you're never going to.
It's the cardinal sin.
Get a job in this industry.
Can you imagine 100 people are on stage and then there's one person who's waiting?
The whole orchestra is waiting for one person because you can't start a concert unless everyone's there.
Maybe if it's a violin, maybe like a viola, you could probably start the concert without them.
But like, you know, any one of the horn parts is like an independent solo voice.
So you better have a good excuse.
Like you better be in a, you better be in an ambulance on the way to the hospital having just had not even like a single bypass.
It's got to be at least quadruple bypass kind of thing.
So there was one time where I watched a concert in, I'm not gonna name the city, but there was a guy who missed a matinee, right?
Like he just thought it was an evening concert and it was a matinee on like a Friday.
And so all the musicians are sitting in their chairs, like they tune and then there's silence.
And then they just sit there for a minute, two minutes.
And then you see the guys opening the folder and the guy had taken his music with him.
So there was no part in their folder.
So no one could even sub in.
