I feel like I'm falling off.
You know those dreams you have when you're falling off the cliff and you're like hitting the ground?

As time approaches the start date to events, that's kind of how I feel.

Okay, moving on to the body.
I tend to feel a lot of stress in my body.
I'm a nail biter.
I'm always like physically tense.
It's probably made my shoulders really tense.
Are there tips to be less stress or anxious in the body?
You know, sometimes I really don't want to walk because my mind's so busy and I can't imagine wasting the time.
And at those times, if I take a long, brisk walk where I'm like race walking, it actually does kind of calm the mind.
