So that one's, I guess, a tip for both.
I am curious about spiritual tips to help with stress and anxiety.
I don't even know what that would mean.
Like, where do I begin with that one?

I mean, even if you don't believe it works or the mechanism, it does start a conversation.
If you pull a card that is controversial to your life, you start reflecting on your life.
You start thinking about things to relate to what the card means.
And all of a sudden you're having a deep conversation, whether you believe in the spiritual side of that or not.

All right, if there's one quick thing I could do to be less stressed and less anxious today that anyone listening could like do in five minutes, is there a secret here?
Is there like one juicy one?
No, I, oh, sorry.
Yes, for me, but anyone generally speaking.
Well, the book is called The Little Book of Game Changers, 50 Healthy Habits for Managing Stress and Anxiety, and it is by dietitian, health coach, and author Jess Cording, who is here.
