It was like when I was an undergrad and I read this thing that students who sit in the front of the class do better and are smarter.
And so me, bad student, decided to just sit in the front of the class.
I didn't end up getting better grades.
No, but I'm going to start saying the phrase in the literature so people think I'm smart even though I'm not.

Where did our eyes come from?

There's a lot of mammals.
There's a lot of creatures with eyes that share a common ancestor.
That common ancestor would have evolved an eye.
My understanding, it was some organ that would have been slightly sensitive to light.
