go and chase yourself I'll just do it as a public thing where they all have to come out and just say their votes as they do it and we'll tally them up make it an annual event you can't disagree with everything that Gary said there though you look at it and Motherwell have been outstanding this season he has changed the club he's
he's brought so much energy to it he's been excellent they're going to for me they're going to cash in on a lot of the players this summer I would imagine there'll be a lot of teams looking to try and take a few players away from Motherwell for good money as well so everything he's done has been successful this season he's been excellent
He'll be looking to try and finish the season with mid-60 points, which is just incredible because you're probably, at the start of the season, well looking at Motherwell to be in a bottom six team.
There's no getting away from that.
So he's been outstanding.
Listen, will the manager, he's probably slightly a little bit disappointed and annoyed he's maybe not in it, but he'll certainly be more hungry to go and get that mid-60 points and win the next few games that are ahead of him.
I was happy watching it it was sensational it was honestly unbelievable to watch yes as a goalkeeper you certainly wouldn't be happy conceding that many goals but there's so many chances even with the goals
Yeah, again, you've got to be really brave as a manager to make big decisions when it's not going right or you've possibly got it wrong because if you make a change...
after 25-30 minutes in the first half obviously it's disappointing for the player that comes off but it's almost admitting you've got it wrong you've made a mistake going into that game tactically Kuria tweaked it with the players on the pitch potentially
But yeah, I genuinely agree with Andy that you've sometimes got to be really brave and make them decisions that are uncomfortable at the time and sometimes hold your hands up and say, I've got it wrong.
But that would have been for the benefit of the team to try and go and get the three points.
But he made the changes at halftime.
Yes, it made an impact, but was it a little bit too late potentially?
agree with that?
Yeah absolutely there's no getting away from it I think that'll be the message from the manager as well that you need to win this game and listen see if they do win the game it completely changes it as well from a Rangers perspective it brings the points total right back in and it's the belief they'll need going into the next game after that which is obviously the old form Well thank you to Andy let's finish up with Kenny who is a Celtic fan in Giffnock Kenny what have you got for us?
I certainly see him staying within some sort of role the manager role not for me but I think Celtic would be crazy to let Martin O'Neill walk away from the club I think he's got a huge part to play in the future over the next few years and I think that would probably suit both parties that
David's mentioning that buffer in between they need somebody in there he's a real figurehead for the club again I think he's got that presence he can handle the media he can still have conversations with whoever the manager is to come in to allow them to grow into that role but yeah I think Celtic would be crazy to allow him to walk away from the club but I certainly don't see him as manager next year
