I've been doing jiu-jitsu for 14 years.

But in that pursuit, in that love, if you were to talk to Black Belts, Brown, anyone that's really been in jiu-jitsu for over a decade and are good people, if you talk to any of them and say, what have you learned?
One of the greatest things they've learned is humility.
