It started to switch, and then once that switched, every decision I made was, this as a function of my time, is it going to be, is this worth my time to manifest more or not? So that was the first calculus I used. So that was the question you would ask yourself. All the time. Say it again. Is this going to be worth it as a function of my time? Because what is- How do you know?

Well, what is the biggest mistake all founders make? I want to say mistake, but limitation that all founders have once they build a company that's doing well. The ability to delegate. Because all of us, myself included, the first thought we have, which is a limited belief, who's going to do this better than me? I don't trust someone else to give it the love, the care.

This belief system will make you attract employees. who sabotage as well. But I met a guy. He had 20 employees when I had only two. And he said to me, I have 20. And ever since I hired these right people, the best things happen. And they're doing it better than I am. I said, they're doing it better than you are. I can't imagine hiring somebody that's going to do something better than I am.

So I'm like, look how much care and love. No one's going to do it better than the founder. So David, it's a little bit of belief. He said, you need to believe from this moment that there are people who can do it better than you. I said, done. He gave me his spiritual microbiome at that moment. It's a belief system. I said, I'm going to believe this. Wow. I used the mantra over and over again.

And then I told myself, there is somebody out there who is going to be better at this than I am. And I kid you not, if you want to know what happened... Right after that, we started to need help because we had a kid and we needed somebody to help.

So we called a company and they said, look, there's people who can come part-time and wash your dishes. It was like – it's called Runaround Betty or something. So this girl comes. She's like 26 years old. She comes to our house. She's just cleaning dishes. And just hopping around the house. And then I walk in, you know, Meredith, everybody's there. And I'm like, what's your name?

I said, you're a project manager at a big company and you're washing dishes now? She's like, yeah. I got so burned out. I said, you know what? I just want to relax and just do things that are fun. And I said, okay.

So we watched her for a couple weeks just come in. She did obviously the best job you can imagine, cleaning the house, organizing things. I said to Meredith, I said, she's unbelievable. Like, she became our first employee in the company. Wow. And... three years later, she became the COO of our company. No way. Yeah. That's cool. She pretty much ran the whole company. Wow. Crazy.

And she did it phenomenally for those years, right? And it was all after just changing the belief system. How do we manifest this? She came through a dishwashing service who then ended up becoming a C-level executive at a unicorn brand. And to see that, to watch that, realizing that all the limitations we have in our company always come from the consciousness of the founder.
