If I look at any company and I look at your org chart and I sit and I interview your executives, your vice presidents, your managers. I will learn everything about you even if I never met you. Each person will be a fraction of who you are. The part of you that is anxious will be one C-level. The part of you that is excited and thinks unlimited, there'll be another department executive.

You can see the amalgamation of a person's consciousness spread out amongst their executives, their directors, their managers, so on and so forth. So how powerful this is that as founders, we need to spiritually work on ourselves, expand our consciousness, remove our limited beliefs, work on our fears, go in a deep soul level, clean it all out. And it's amazing.

What a pleasure. I say this mantra all the time. I pause. What do I pause? I pause the part of me. that wants to fix the problem and look for some form of instant gratification to numb my pain or I need certainty about something, right? That's different than when everything's going right. So when something goes wrong, I feel pain on a soul level, on a body level. Where do you feel it? Throat, chest, stomach? I usually feel it in my stomach. Head? I feel it in my stomach. I feel it in my neck, in my shoulders. And the famous example, I've shared this before, is when my CFO called me one day.

He said, well, we just lost one point. I said, what happened?
