And I just had this thought, I don't know why I'm sharing it, but you should never be afraid from people taking something from you that you think is yours because no one can take what's yours.
And the more you let go and surrender, let energy flow through you, the creator will just give you endless.
So don't hold on thinking that now you're gonna be better than, or you're gonna be more powerful than, or this thing is yours because then you become a swamp.
When you hold on to something, it becomes stale.
When you let it go, it's like a river.
That's why our rivers are freshwater, because they're always moving.
As soon as you hold on to something, it starts to stink.
It starts to go rotten.
And so we should all just learn to let go and support each other and not be afraid.
Thank you.
My community, my friends, my team has been following you and they're close to you and they've only heard the most amazing things.
So it's really a privilege to be on the show with you.

I've been doing it for the last 20 some years of my life.
20 some years. No, 20 some years of my life. Every day you work out. So I used to take one day off a week.

But that one day off was an active recovery day where I would get on a trainer and ride for like two hours. Wow. But at a zone one heart rate, very low heart rate. And I replaced the carbohydrates in my body while I rode because the best way to recover for me is to do something at a very low heart rate, because therefore your blood's flowing through your body.
