I'm at a different stage in my life.
It's really the people.
Yeah.
You know, you get to a certain point where it's like, okay, you've got a lot of money.
So what else is it?
And to me, it was always about developing people.
And I think it came from that first experience where I did horrible and I didn't want anybody else to feel that way.
And so I started creating a training manual for my friends and
And then as I started to, you know, build that first business and add on to it, it was, okay, well, how do we make it better so that everybody has a really great experience?
And so we like creating training manuals, developing people.

We really try to have a great culture.
I read this book by Tony Hsieh, Delivering Happiness.
Yeah, it's a great book.
It's just this whole focus.
