Allowing everybody in the United States to participate in company formation would change everything. 95% of the company cannot participate in investing in startups or any new company, which is crazy. The accreditation laws would be massive.

And I put $100 on black, lose, put $200 on black, win, go pay for lunch. And I did it one time at the WSOP and I went 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600. I ran out of cash. I got 3,200 from my friend.
