Ernie Clement had one of the weirdest three double games that you can have.
One of them was a chopper through the infield that hit a guy.
One was a ball that probably should have been caught in left field.

That is why I don't know if either of those felt like doubles, but Ernie Clement, three big hits in this one.
You had a recent profile on him at sports at.ca about the elite confidence that he's been able to develop.
And it hasn't been a perfectly smooth season for him to start.
There's been a little bit of defensive struggle.
You know, his batting average is back up close to 300 now.
So that's come around.
But it's been a little maybe more up and down than we expected.
What did you learn about where Ernie's at this season coming off that fantastic October reporting out that feature and talking to him for it?
And it's not only a matter of hitting better against the breaking balls, which is important, but we know he's a fastball hitter and he wants to make the pitch.
