for renewable infrastructure investment.
And that's what the country needs today.
It needs to use the data centre sector, which is the backbone not of just today's economy, but also tomorrow's economy, to help meet those policy goals.
Yeah, Kilmeaden's a great example of what we are all about.
It's about this sustainable data centre development.
It's about finding parts of the country which aren't constrained from a grid perspective, and it's about working to create renewal in those local economies.
So we are in planning today for 135 megawatts of capacity in Kilmeaden.
We're also speaking about a joint venture there, which will develop on-site energy infrastructure.
And it's that integration of energy infrastructure with data centers, which is so important for the business case going forward, to also meet those goals around renewable energy.
But we're also working with a housing provider down there to build housing as well.
We think it's a great model for how data centers should be developed going forward.
Antishok himself called our R-Cloud project the example project for sustainable data center development.
It's about having that local impact on the economy.
These pieces of infrastructure are some of the largest private capital projects in the country and internationally.
So it's about how do we keep our competitive advantage as Ireland while being additive to the national economy.
It's a great question, Joe, in terms of why are we doing this?
So let's talk about renewable energy.
Again, you can't have a 100% renewable powered grid
If the sun doesn't shine or the wind doesn't blow, then we have issues with grid stability.
So you have to build additional assets.
