Yeah, I think the difference is that we provide management.

So it's not easy to hire and to vet and hire the top 3% of the agents.

I mean, we go through literally hundreds of applications and have a very thorough vetting process.

a thorough training process, and then we have a layer of management on top of that, as well as customer success.

So certainly, it's no secret.

Everybody knows they can go find people on Fiverr and other places to work for a few hundred dollars a month.

That's no secret.

It's just finding good ones that's challenging and time-consuming, and then managing them.

So that's the value add that we bring to the table.
