I would think that this is a workplace mediation issue.

Because one, the AFL stuffed up with having no sound.

So with having no sound, the only obvious way of resolving this is to create a workplace mediation process.

His size, his physicality, and even his calmness on the weekend.

He had a few moments that wouldn't have been noticed on the screen, but just showed great maturity.
