I really don't like when free speech is chilled.
But at some point you cross the line and that might be, you know, if I defame you or if I start talking about, you know, your sexual parts, those are examples of where you might be crossing the line.
Yes, I think that obviously she's going to have a lawyer.
Her lawyer, I think, has already said that the claim is is without merit.
And obviously her lawyer is going to defend her.
And I'm sure that her lawyer will try to make those kind of arguments.
In other words, to say he understood what he was getting into.
He was, you know.
He was married to somebody who did a lot of public disclosure about their relationship generally, et cetera, et cetera.
So certainly her lawyer could make all those arguments, but I still believe, based on at least the Ontario tort that we know and love here in Ontario,
that he would have a better argument.
Because the bottom line is that there were many ways that she could have described problems in her relationship, including in bed and so forth, without getting into this kind of graphic detail.
And the detail that she got into wasn't necessary, and I don't believe it was a legitimate concern to the public.
