saying it that's actually really important to do the little steps in a social situation beforehand to give yourself the confidence to be able to do it in a bedroom or yeah or somewhere a bit more intimate where it might be hard or otherwise baby steps I was thinking that what about if you've been with somebody for 15 years and you are thinking I want to spice up our life yeah

But then it's like asking consent for something that you've never tried before and you're a bit worried that your partner might go, what?
