I lived in it.
Not that you're going to do this.
You're on another level.
This is where I was at this time.
I renovated that.
I got all 10 apartments rented.
So I was living for free, collecting that income.
I went and refinanced that, took as much cash as I could, went and bought more apartments.
Then at the time, it was late 80s, early 90s, where I lived in upstate New York, the
land was going crazy.
It kind of hit the rim of being commuting.
People would commute from New York city.
So then I started buying raw land.
I'd go through the process of subdividing, subdividing and sell some lots.
Then I started building houses on the land.
So it evolved from that one house to, you know, apartments that gave me cashflow.
I took that cashflow.
I just kept pumping it all in.
I, I literally, Nathan, I didn't take a dime back then.
I didn't live any different than I did when I was making nothing.
