Oh, that's that fan.
There's a silver lining.
My wife's mother has offered to move us in her house next month rent-free.
She stays in Columbia, South Carolina, but I'm concerned about getting stuck there if I can't find suitable employment.
My research of jobs shows limited opportunities in that area that match my current skillset.
Her mom has a space in her house and wants her daughter there since she's the only child.
But with us moving, my wife wouldn't get her FMLA from her current job.
Might get harder for me to find work in a state that's not tech, finance, or data hub.
And I'm thinking about potentially starting a demolition junk removal business when I get there.
But I don't know if the best time since my baby will be here soon.
Since my family is in North Carolina, her mom is in South Carolina.
I know the support is there, but I'm feeling lost on the next move.
What should I do?
