We do software as a service based on number of buildings, number of data points, and the size of those buildings.
On average, it would be between $10,000 and $30,000 per month, but this is for a large portfolio of buildings.
We don't tend to do single buildings, so we do a whole portfolio.

Uh, but we actually ended up, uh, doing a, a flip up, which is what you call when you read headquarter into the U S we're an Australian, uh, founded company.
but we're now headquartered in the US, but we ended up getting a lead investor out of Australia.
So yeah.
There's the platform launched in 2012 and we came to the US in 2013.
So yeah.
We don't have a huge number of customers, but they have an enormous number of buildings.
So we've got over 9,000 buildings on the platform, a small number of customers, and we're really in growth mode now and migrating from a direct sales model into a partnering model.
