And I always say I can't draw to save my life, but I can draw for art therapy because I can draw pain or joy or frustration or grief.
And it's the same kind of thing.
It's experiential.
It's tactile.
And it's creative.
So that's the first thing.
But the second thing is the flip.
Most people that love this say, oh, I love to cook already.
This is genius.
I'm zen.
I'm nurturing.
I love it.
Here's the thing.
Making grandma's banana bread, and it smells great and you have great memories, is therapeutic.
But it's not cooking therapy.
So when you dive into it, you can learn.
