He continues to fight with Zanna and ends up on the floor where ultimately he does finally kill her.

That camera is just about 50 feet from Zanna's bedroom.

After Coburger walks out of Zanna's room, he then comes face to face with another one of her roommates.

We believe that is Brian Koberger saying that to Zanna.

He's doing something to try to calm her, to make her relax of who he is and why he's in this residence.

Dylan, as she had overheard multiple things throughout this time period, she had opened her door a couple different times.

The third time she opens her door, she sees a male figure.

She momentarily saw him.

And then he turned and he left the residence.

After that, Dylan is terrified.

She starts texting Bethany, her roommate.
