And, you know, he's sort of all over the map in terms of how he knows her or doesn't know her.

And that's pretty significant when you're doing these kinds of investigations, right?

But the police know they've got their guy.

Yeah.

And then eventually, and again, in so many of our stories, turns on DNA.

Of course, they've got DNA here.

They eventually are able to access his DNA and connect him.

And there were also bloody footprints at the scene.

He's wearing these shoes that appear to match.

But one way or another, police believe that they had their person.

And that was the big moment when they saw those shoes.

Correct.
