We don't know for sure that he'll be paroled, but to be eligible, but he was 20 at the time.

Because it is a very interesting concept when you think about the brain and you think about a 20-year-old.

I've got 20-plus-year-old grown children in my life.

Do you have any thoughts about that?

I mean, obviously, you're looking at the victim, and that's what the family's focused on.

But when you look at the assailant and you think about the age, do you have any thoughts about that based on a lot of the cases that you've been involved with?

It would have been a very different case here.

Well, we'll see what happens because eligible for parole and gaining parole are two very different things.
