I think, you know, even just conversations I have with you and then it's like I go home.
Not that Perth is a regional area, but sometimes it feels like that.
But it's like I go home and I share so much of what I've learned from this job and that then I can see the flow and effect of like even my parents learning from this work and then or some of the changes in me.
And then you kind of, you know, it's like it might be really subtle, but these moments of you bringing yourself back to your hometown can change even like small things in the way that the community accepts or sees people.
A lot of people can't leave though.
Like I think they might work on a family farm or they might, you know, for financial reasons can't leave or maybe they just don't want to.

It's like you just watch TikToks and you completely learn some stuff that you might never follow.
You just need a rivalry.
And you'd be so surprised, I think, in regional Australia, how much there actually is queer community.
At least for me, I was.
I have been to New York Pride.
I've been to Melbourne.
I've done a lot of queer events.
