Like the main thing that I got was, uh, well, so much validation, um, lots of resources, lots of like books and stuff to read like this book called Asper girls, which I know We don't have Asperger's anymore, which is really funny because in England they call it Asperger's.

So anyway, Asper Girls, it's an amazing book. And reading that book is so validating because it talks about so many experiences that you've never even thought about.

like you know it's like um like I remember one of them is about like uh when I was a kid I would always press my hands I would rub my eyes so I could see all the shapes and like I would sit there for long periods of time as in like just staring into these shapes that I was making out of the darkness yeah and um it talks about like that experience and I was like oh my god I forgot about that like I used to do that for so long and like just looking into the nothingness but making shapes out of it I don't know how to explain it so yeah and then um
