And how will the rail be restructured because of that?
I mean, I've worked in the private sector with Sky TV for nine years, and if this had happened in the technology department, the whole team working on it would be out the door.
So where's the accountability is the question.
It's not about Navin not having a railway line and whatever else having...
this, that and the other.
This is about the 50 million and who will be held responsible.
That's all I really wanted to say.
No, well, no, but on top of every external company, there's an internal team managing that process who've selected them, manages them on a daily basis, and they're as responsible for the non-performance of the contractor they picked.
So it's not just, you can't let blame at all on consultants.
No, certainly not.
No, in private sector they do.
People will slowly walk towards the door.
They might make an issue of it.
But if a team fails, a team goes.
If this was Ryanair, I'd say they'd be out the door with Michael O'Leary within the week.
So we don't take accountability government-wise.
And there are semi-safe bodies, etc.
But certainly in the private sector, people do.
