The Black Panther Party stood next to Latinos.
I mean, you don't have the Rainbow Coalition without Fred Hampton and the Black Panthers.
The Black Panthers have always been about international people, internationalism.
oppressed people internationally.
So they've stood with Palestine way back when, um, they always have fought for the, uh, for, for the liberation of all oppressed people, but they fought specifically for black American people because those were their brothers and sisters in arms.
Um, those were the people that was in proximity to, um, a lot of the tenants of black Panther party surround the black American experience, um, in regards to police brutality and regards to living communally, um,
You know, they weren't... They were communist.
They weren't capitalist by any stretch.
They were more socialist and communist.
So... I'm a little hesitant to believe that they told him they don't want him representing them because of their support of the migrants here in America and, you know, the crackdowns that they're facing from ICE and the brutalization that they're facing from ICE.
He proceeds to say this.
I was a little skeptical when I seen Buddy and them out there four or five deep rocking Carhartt.
Like, what are we doing?
I don't know if Carhartt is the Black Panther, you know, aesthetic.
