This is what Steve Bannon meant when he said, if we lose the midterms, we all going to go to jail.

Because if they lose the midterms, there's going to be other people that are going to hold their seats and reinstate proper people into the Federal Bureau of Investigation and into all of these other government programs that prop up America.
