You've just grown accustomed to situations.
So how about you take six minutes away from situation and relationships in general and just focus solely on self and focus on creating boundaries in small areas of your life.
Like, you know, diet and exercise are great things.
It takes discipline to do those things.
You don't have an issue with that discipline.
How do you roll that discipline over into your sex life or your love life?
And are you exercising these same boundaries with friends, with family?
Are you letting everybody in your life just kind of treat you any type of way without any pushback or standard set by you?
So, if you don't set those standards in your, you know, friendships, if you don't set those standards in dynamics with your family, then you're not going to set those standards in your love life.
And you need to investigate that part.
You need to investigate where the lack of boundaries started when it comes to being in a relationship with people.
And I think that's going to require some falling back from you.
