Maine is the first state that ended parole.
This means that anyone convicted of a crime after blank is not eligible for parole, meaning that there are almost no options for them to be released early.
The options are A, 1975, B, 1985, C, 1995, D, 2000.
So this means that if the person was convicted... Of a crime after... Like before... I would say after 1995.
