Normally what you get is you get these conversations that would happen publicly.

Now they happen behind the scenes.

And then a team will purchase a site or purchase land.

And then we'll, you know, we have more conversations publicly.

This kind of went backwards because the bears purchased the land first.

And then afterwards, instead of asking for forgiveness, right?

But listen, I think everybody has to own a little piece of this.

I don't think there's a story where there's one villain in everybody else's industry, right?

Could the Bears organization have handled some things differently over the years?

Yes.

Could Kevin Warren have?

Yes.

Could the guy before him, Ted Phillips?

Yes.
