So they can choose to stay mentally on this path of, look, I'm just an employee.

I show up at the office.

I do my work and I leave.

And you're probably going to get paid exactly what you're getting paid right now, maybe 3% more this year.

Or you can say, you know what?

I'm going to go out on faith.

I'm going to say, take what Hall and Derek talked about.

And I'm going to apply these principles and let's just test it.
