I'm talking about Delhi, the most polluted city in the world with the Ganges River being the dirtiest river in the world and their solution to pollution was dilution.
That is literally the slogan by their government at one point.

Yeah, so, well, it is a fact.
They have, they're literally, they're the list of top 15 countries in the world that are most polluted are literally India, Africa, Pakistan, China.
Or continents then, continents.
