Woman to woman, it's 2026, how is this still a thing?
Yeah, it is pretty crazy, the fact that there's pay disparity between men and women, like you said, in 2026.
I feel like, at the time, I really had to push really hard for it, and I was not successful at first.
It took me walking away.
to then have them really take me seriously.
And it paid off in the end, and hopefully it's helped other women in the process.
But it's important, and it was important to me.
It wasn't even about the money, to be completely honest with you.
It was about the principle.
And I wanted to be...
I felt like it was and is incredibly important to be an equal to your male counterparts, no matter what your job is.
