And I think I did that for a while, and now I'm just like, no, I love it here.

And sometimes it's hard, but this new person is great.

And you just have to kind of give yourself positive talk.

I'm really working on positive talk, especially now after having a daughter.

Because I never want her to see me be like, ugh, I don't like my body.

Or like, why do I look like this?

Oh, I look like shit today.

All of those things I'm really working on.

Because now that I have kids, they're seeing that.

And all these behaviors, I never want them to pick up on.

You just have to speak to yourself and be kind to yourself and understand that your life is going to always change.

And even before kids, you're not the person you were when you were 19.

You're not the person you were when you were a child.

It's just another stage.
