And sometimes I guess when you're at an all you can eat buffet, you're actually just trying to finish stuff.
Right.
And like kind of you're just piling it in.
I did find it fascinating that Japan is one of the countries, I think the country of the G7 with the lowest obesity rates, lowest chronic disease, best survival.
And it has to be tied to their diet and how they've tried to maintain that.
Even though I didn't put it into the book, the idea that they have nine a day.
It's not the five fruits and vegetables a day.
It's nine a day.
And that's actually part of their diet.
And many kids are getting that.
So there is something to be learned from that, I guess.
Well, I guess, I mean, you talk about it in your book, combining like a clinical career.
You love seeing patients with the research and the writing and the outreach.
And I thought, well, what about combining a similar thing of doing public health outreach and that, but actually instead of seeing patients, you see people who hopefully won't be patients, which is actually getting people more active.
Because actually in kind of personal, my personal training kind of certification, you do learn about optimal exercise, anatomy and
you know, where different kinds of chronic pain come from.
So for example, lower back pain is often tied to tight hip flexors.
So actually, how do you prevent
back pain, which is one of the major disabling conditions worldwide.
And you also learn about diet and nutrition, how you construct kind of.
