It's like saying,
You already are kind of probably exercise isn't a reason you're going to die too soon, but you're trying to optimize.
And that's what you see a lot in like the fitness influencer communities, people who are already like 98% fit.
And they're like, how do I get, you know, 1.5% more, do 60 press-ups instead of 30 or, you know, how do I do?
And I'm like, okay, that's fine.
But you're saying, what do you do with all the people who are sedentary?
Right?
Like that's the real population challenge and where we are seeing how you get that going.
Yeah.
Yeah, it is really tricky.
And I didn't realize till I did the research for that chapter how bad diesel is for our health.
I think like so much of the air pollution debate has been tied into the climate emergency, which is important, but it feels delayed.
It's like talking about your children or your children's children.
But actually what I was amazed at doing the air pollution research is how much it's about us.
Like the person driving a diesel vehicle is ruining their lungs.
They're ruining the people who are in that vehicle.
So bringing the urgency to actually it's a health issue
It's not just a kind of a long distance climate issue for 10 or 15 or 20 years.
You do see places stepping out.
And that's why I try to give positive examples.
