Is it that they're walking in with all this baggage of what didn't go right in the past?
Is it that they feel like, I got to do everything perfectly, and I'm so excited to do this and work with Dr. Lyon or read her book so I can be perfect, and I'm going to finally hit the weight that I'm trying to lose?
What does that actually look like?
