On a personal level?
Yeah.
I think there's different degrees of celebration.
I think there's, I like the version which is like acknowledgement, right?
But it's not like, I think there's different ways to acknowledge.
And I feel like I have a little bit of that neutrality training just from being a student of like stoicism, Buddhism practices that a lot of practices I did like early on in my career.
So I might have a more measured approach, but I think the standard person would say, absolutely, Dr. Lyon, you should 100% celebrate your wins, right?
with your diet, with your exercise routine, something else.
It's very rare that that incident happened in a neutral fashion.
It came with a story.
And that story had a whole bunch of stuff with it.
I deserved it.
I've been working so hard.
you know, I haven't been getting the attention that I need from my family, whatever it might be.
And some of those aspects might have true elements.
There might be truths to that, some partial truths that are there.
But when we get wrapped up in the story, and that becomes the narrative, you get hijacked.
Yes.
And when you get hijacked, you're no longer in control.
Going back to your idea of like celebration is like, okay, great.
