Your first book is your first book.
It's the first time you're going through it.
The same way that, let's say, somebody was birthing a baby, right?
It's their first baby.
There's gonna be some level of trepidation, newness, other aspects that you're figuring things out, right?
There's some project, you're launching your first business, maybe you're selling your first course, whatever it might be.
You're not arguing here that there should be a Buddhist-like mentality the whole way through.
You're gonna go through the emotions that are there for anything that's a new thing
You're just asking yourself, what is actually running the show?
Because if you truly care about this thing, it's okay to have a day, a moment, a whatever, but you're trying to bring yourself back to baseline so that you can have longevity to actually see this thing through.
So here's a little bit
of a life update.
For the past couple months, I've been a little bit sleep deprived.
I have a new baby at home.
Congratulations to me and my wife.
So I'm constantly looking for ways to support my brain health and mitigate the effects of poor sleep, which come with being a first time parent.
I'm sure many of you have felt the same at some point in time in your life.
