To make this consistent in our lives, just think about activities that you're already doing in the morning.
You're already drinking your morning coffee.
You might be, even though I don't recommend it, you might be reading the newspaper.
Let's say even you're scrolling on social media.
Well, could you just do those things outside?
Exactly.
For 30 minutes, right?
We don't want to upend your life completely, but yeah, okay, you're on social media.
You might be doing some doom scrolling.
Who doesn't occasionally?
Can you do that outside?
Can you do that outside?
Yep.
Bring those activities.
You want to walk?
You might be walking in a treadmill.
Why not just go outside a little bit?
And now we can have it stack and we can get both of those benefits that are there.
