Now the recommendation is on number three, get 10 to 30 minutes of unfiltered evening sunlight.
Anything you want to add to this idea?
Yeah, I know for myself personally, when I can get out, walk, get a little bit of evening sun, I sleep way better.
And there are times where I don't do it.
And I notice that I just don't sleep as well.
And so even this challenge is a good reminder for me who tries to pay a lot of attention to this area, that it's that consistency over time that really starts to make those differences that everybody notices.
Okay, number four on the beginner challenge, because this is a light challenge, the 2026 challenge.
