Going back to your idea of like celebration is like, okay, great.
Is there a way to celebrate
that is an acknowledgement, but there's also a way that we're going to acknowledge the things that didn't go well this week and say, wow, I went for that.
I didn't achieve it, but I'm just so...
thankful that I even tried it in the first place.
It's a different approach because have you ever heard this term, this phrase, praise and blame are both the same?
No, I haven't.
So praise and blame are both the same.
So the idea is the same person to praise you.
Oh my gosh, you're amazing.
You're doing this.
You're like somebody to really hype you up.
be wary because that person is the same person to bring you down.
That's exactly right.
Versus somebody to say, wow, I saw the effort that you put into that.
And I want to acknowledge it's a different energy.
