traditional medicine traditional psychiatry looks at trauma as a little bit more abstract it's a real thing but it can be invisible inside of the body in terms of where it exists
And a lot of people think of it that way.
And they think of it as something that we just cope with.
We try to do our best using the tools that are available in the current toolbox.

And your vision and your theory and your proposal here today that you're putting out and your clinical experience through all these patients that you've worked with
is that trauma is a physical injury, which actually has a location and just like a broken bone, that wound can be fixed.
