And days like today where I'm building profile, I write those off as profile days.

And there's a place for all of it.

So you need to do a time audit.

Do your time audit and then come back and tell me.

I, in January, December and the other three months where there's only two weeks working, I pretty much halve my expectation of what I'm going to bring in because we are service-based businesses.

Does that make sense?

So if you have X amount of thousand dollars that you expect to bring in on those months, I halve it.

And my budget actually reflects that, you know, so I go, actually, I'm only going to be working this many weeks because I take off this much time for school holidays or whatever.
