Even within, my understanding is within a week.
I was at the Crusaders once, and one of the players said, I love in-season because the weeks are exactly the same, but the days are all different.
And what he meant by that is some days are rest days, some days are gym days, some days are training days, some days are recovery days.
But each week is exactly the same.
So each week on a Monday, it's the same.
So there becomes this rhythm to it that's really natural.
It's one thing I do particularly love about sport.
And in business, we quite often don't kind of name it or at least sort of schedule it in that way.
And so after being here yesterday, what I realised is you guys are in this huge phase of execution, right?
You have, in the last month, done a bank of pre-recordings so that you can be away for the World Cup.
You've got prep for the World Cup.
There's just so much going on that now is not the time to either sit down with Steve's list and pull it apart and be an absolute arse about it or be stroppy with, you know, Shay for not bringing the same level of detail or whatever because it's the season that you're in.
So the season that you're in is absolute execution.
And I just came out yesterday going, this is not a full-on coaching time.
This is a look after yourselves time, look after the team time, and, you know, go away to the World Cup and just have the best time.
Because I know that if you have a really good time, you'll also produce an exceptional product.
Lull.
Lull.
Yes.
Well, I think you should pick when you talk about them.
